The geographic scope of coverage includes the activities in the member states of the European Union and meets the
requirements of § 45 paragraph 1 Patentanwaltsordnung (PAO).
In disputes
between patent lawyer and client the Board can, according to § 69 paragraph 2 No. 3 PAO, mediate on request and is entitled to submit a mediation proposal. The application must be submitted to the Patentanwaltskammer, Tal 29, D-80331 München.
